At Finch, we want you to love every piece you wear, which is why we offer a 30-day window for returns or exchanges on all unworn items with tags attached. Our goal is to ensure your wardrobe fits your lifestyle perfectly with a seamless and transparent return process.
Initiate Your Request
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Prepare Your Package
Place the original items in their secure packaging and attach the prepaid shipping label provided via email to the outside of the box.
Ship It Back
Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location; we recommend obtaining a receipt for tracking purposes until your refund is processed.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse inspects the items, usually within 5-7 business days, we will issue a refund to your original payment method or ship your new exchange.
